Physical Activity Actually Helps!

As elementary as this might sound, it’s good to remember that you are both a body and a mind, you are physical, you are spiritual, you are tangible, you are emotional. If you find yourself typically drawn to tending your mind or emotions, perhaps some physical motion could serve you. And clearly, the opposite can also be true. If you gravitate toward physical activity, a little time in meditation, slow breathing, or coffee with a friend could serve to shake you up in the way you might need the most.
